Canada (MIFF1954,Peoples And Places)
Director: Grant McLean

The story of what a low &ndash: rental housing project meant to the people who once shared aged, substandard dwellings. The Regent Park Development in Toronto is presented showing how people, young and old, poor and not so poor, who lived on squalid, crowded Oak Street, were freed to inhabit new, modern dwellings in the rebuilt area.
