Director: Manny Kirchheimer

New York s elevated trains are splattered with graffiti Messages like Earth is Hell", "Slave" and "Crime" reflect the lives of their young authors, the life of the poor — hopelessness prisons and neglect Graffiti trains hurtle through squalid neighborhoods and mysterious countrysides, passing landscapes filled with the debris of a decaying civilisation. Riding with them through America we begin to contemplate our own archaeological remains.
