A woman is desperately trying to give away cookies "baked with love" on a New York street. Two men look on - one a trendy shop assistant, the other a rough construction worker. What will they do with the fallen cookie left after the woman has been taken away by the police? A comedy of mannerisms and power games, the film uses subtle interplays of gesture and points-of-view that shows the lines which separate people in a busy metropolis.
